Rock the Run 2023!

Welcome to the KidneyCAN Rock the Run 5k fundraising page! We laced up our running shoes to walk and run around the rainy streets of Boston, MA in early July.

You may have missed our in person event this year, but your support year round will help fund vital kidney cancer research.

This year Rock the Run raised over $21k for research, with 60+ in-person runners taking part in Boston at KCRS23.

“The Rock the Run event was a hidden gem during this conference! It gave everyone involved a chance to get to know each other outside of the meeting environment and try to navigate the Boston street course! It was also a very good opportunity to get the researchers more involved in raising funds for our common cause.”

Join us at next year’s Rock the Run event to raise money and accelerate cures!

You can sign up to raise money as an individual or team, and your hometown event can be as simple or big as you want to make it. Maybe your local event is a neighborhood walk, a solo run, a bike ride, or a community hike. You can Rock the Run in any way that feels right to you!

The event fundraising window has now closed for this year but you can raise money for accelerating cures year round, and we would still love to receive your donations! Start planning your event by using our Fundraising Toolkit.

Fundraise Your Way

If Rock the Run wasn’t the right time or event for you, you can still support our mission.

Celebrate your special events — whether a birthday or treatment milestone — or honor a loved one with a KidneyCAN fundraiser. There are many ways you can amplify your own giving and promote the work done by the kidney cancer community.

Need help? Please reach out and let us know how we can support your efforts!
