Our President, Bryan Lewis represented KidneyCan at the 9th global summit for Kidney Cancer in Lisbon, Portugal.

IKCC (International Kidney Cancer Coalition) hosted the event and is an international patient advocacy organization for kidney cancer. The IKCC’s vision is to reduce the global burden of kidney cancer. Bryan Lewis is also a member of the IKCC board of directors.

This year’s conference was titled “Expanding Partnerships for Patients Worldwide” and brought together over 50 organizations from 25 countries and 6 continents.

The 2019 theme and AGENDA emphasized the idea of “collaboration and sharing” between independent kidney cancer organizations.
